Yes, we run a background check on all our employees and volunteers before allowing them to enter a person’s home or business.
Please send a picture and call us to let us know as soon as possible so we can send someone to correct it within 24 hours. Please don’t wait 3 days to a week before you say something about a service not being completed properly because it’s our job to ensure you get what you pay for and that we are meeting your expectations.
Yes, all residential and commercial properties must have water and lights available and be ready for cleaning upon our arrival.
For the safety and efficiency of our cleaning team, all pets must be put away until services are complete.
If you won’t be home, please provide the code for the lockbox and specify the location where to leave it when we exit.
